Site Privacy Policy
No email addresses, names, etc., which are collected by this site will ever be transfered to a third party except as part of the normal operation of this site. For example, if posting a message means your address will be visible in the context of that post, then it will be.
Aside from conventional RSS/blog syndication, the user/content databases are considered to be private, and will never be given to a third party.
As a general rule: any data which is posted for use in a blog post is up for syndication and copying by arbitrary parties. Private data, like your account password, will never be given out except via the conventional “lost password” recovery feature.
What might happen is that an administrator might see your data during regular site maintenance, potentially including your account’s password. This means that users should not use a password which they also use for other sites. That said, i personally am one of those admins who has ten thousand better things to do than look through your account information, so there is no risk whatsoever from me (currently the only administrator). If this site is maliciously cracked, however, please be reminded that we asked you not to use a password which might give a malicious user access to other sites where you have accounts.
Questions, comments, concerns, etc., can be mailed to the site administrator. Any requests to remove your personal data will be honored as quickly as humanly possible.
